Fire Alarm Systems
Fire Alarm Systems and their early fire detection capabilities can mean the difference between a small manageable fire event and a catastrophic fire emergency where assets, property and even lives may be lost.
Our Fire Protection team specialises in design, installation and maintenance of fire detection and fire alarm systems in applications such as Commercial buildings, Hotels, Warehouse environments, Cold Storage facilities and Power stations.
We design systems that fit your needs and meet with all compliance requirements;
- Thermal Detection – Traditional single point type & modern Linear Heat Detection
- Smoke Detection – Photo-optical, Ionisation and Multi-criteria
- Flame Detection – Ultraviolet, Infrared & Dual Spectrum
- Aspirating Detection – High Sensitivity Smoke Detection (Vesda, Kiddie & Faast)
Our team has experience with all leading brands used throughout New Zealand including;
- Tyco MX

Special Hazard Systems – Gas Flood
We understand the importance of protecting high value and sensitive areas where a different approach to Fire Protection is required. Whether you need to protect valuable computer data, historical records or industrial switch boards, we supply, install, test and maintain Gas Flood (also referred to as Clean Agent Systems) that are designed to quickly suppress a fire without further damaging these critical areas.
With a traditional Fire Sprinkler System, the water-based suppression action means that significant collateral damage can be caused during an activation, and this can lead to additional downtime. The use of a Gas Flood System in a special or critical area can ensure that you can be up and running swiftly following a fire.
With extensive experience with all of the major brands used throughout New Zealand, our team is ready to handle your Special Hazard requirements. Systems you may be familiar with;
- Carbon Dioxide
